13-16 Year olds TIME: 7pm-8pm

A fantastic programme for young goalkeepers between the ages of 8 - 16 off all abilities. The course is structured into every aspect of goalkeeping. My maximum numbers for each session is 12.

Set Position/Basic Handling/Footwork Positioning & Angles. Diving Techniques, High Ball. Goalkeepers specific Fitness. Distribution, Kicking & Throwing. 1 v 1s, Punching & Core Strengthening
